Hi, There have been a lot of confusion between waist trainers and waist training corsets. Today we will take a look and point out the differences of these two. Remember, it all comes down to personal preferences and what your goal with waist training is. Waist trainers are usually used under your clothes and aren’t as noticeable as waist training corsets as they don’t have a fixed form. Many say that waist training corsets make them feel claustrofobic and can’t use it for more than a few hours and use a waist trainer instead. For some the goal is to drastically increase their waist line and they use corsets to achieve it even faster than with a waist trainer. Waist training corsets are usually used for waist-slimming effects, most corsets also slim your waist many inches while you use it. Inside of the corset there are steel-bones to have a fixed form on the corset – while waist trainers have plastic bones which are flexible. The big difference, in terms of waist training, is that waist trainers do NOT get you that hour glass figure that a waist training corset would – as fast. Although, many say that they feel more comfortable while using their a waist trainer and are able to use it for longer period of time. One solution is to wear your waist trainer while you are at work, working out and performing activities where you need to move a lot then use your corset while you doesn’t move as much. As said before, it all comes down to your goals and preferences! Good luck!
